Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MyClub you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MyClub provides a web-based platform for community sports clubs to manage player registrations, households, volunteers, payments, sponsors, and related administrative tasks.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Club data

Club administrators are responsible for the data they import and manage. You must have the appropriate authority and consent to upload personal information of club members.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise the platform.
• Using the service for purposes other than legitimate club administration.
• Sharing access credentials with unauthorised parties.

6. Availability

We aim to keep MyClub available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

MyClub is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
