MyClub is a club administration platform operated in New Zealand. When your club uses MyClub, the club is the data controller and MyClub acts as a data processor on its behalf.
2. What we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you sign up.
- Club data — player registrations, family/household details, volunteer preferences, payment records, and other information imported or entered by club administrators.
- Usage data — pages visited, browser type, and IP address for security and analytics.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and maintain the MyClub service.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets).
- To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (hosting, email delivery).
- Your club's administrators, who manage the data they have imported.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account or club is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting your club administrator or emailing us.
